Cincalok is a traditional Malacca sauce that is sweet, sour, a bit spicy with refreshing and chewy shrimp balls.

Can be used with petsai, lady finger, eggplant or long beans.

Cooking Instruction:
1 Thaw/defrost the Malacca Cincalok Shrimp completely before cooking.
2 Place the Malacca Cincalok Shrimp pocket into the boiling water under 100°C and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
3 Serve with the recommended vegetable for the best tasting Malacca Cincalok Shrimp.
